I went to my cardio appointment today and guess what they say? Im fat! lol I had an echo in February which shows moderate pulmonary hypertension. Cardio doesnt seem to catch it even though this is dangerous and deadly. I had to point it out. And what does she say? Well, the major cause of PH is obesity. I corrected that. Obesity is not a cause of PH. Being fat didnt cause my pulmonary artery to constrict. Connective tissue disease and long term high ICP does, though. Later she says losing weight should fix it. Umm, no it wont. There is no cure, just like all of my other freaky conditions. And its hard to lose weight when youre brain is falling out and you already dont eat enough. It limits some things. Idiots.
