I went to my regular family Doctor today about my leftover shingles pain in my jaw and about some hot flashes that Ive been having. He put me on an anti-virul medication for my shingles (just to be safe) and gave me Lyrica for the pain. He said that the pain could last months, years, forever. He said that forever is less likely. I could use some prayers that this wont last forever. I am having to eat and drink only room temperature food and fluids because cold irritates the nerves and makes the pain unbearable. Im hoping that this medication does the trick.
