I went to the doctors yesterday and was told that I am now in the Maintenance portion of my weight loss. :). This means that I have reached my goals and through working out and controlled diet I should reach my goal weight. It has been a long journey. With the help and support of Family and Friends I have accomplished this. My Dad who I lost two days before this journey has been my inspiration to keep going. he was a Great Man and has taught me to be A Great man Also. My Mom who has been with me the whole way has been worried that I was not eating enough and getting to skinny and working out to hard can now rest assured that the worst is over(until my surgery to have extra skin removed and a few other tweaks done LOL) She is a rock for me and has alway told me I can accomplish anything I want to. I would not be the person I am without her. To My family and Friends for the encouragement and support that I have grown used to and needed to jump over the many hurdles in my life I thank and Love you all from the bottom of my heart. so if any one has some skinny clothes they want to send my way .... LOL I Just Wanted To Tell You All How Much You All mean To Me And How Much I Love You All. Love, Erik
