I went to the secret serenity medspa several times before and always had a nice time however today I went there to get a massage since my back has been killing me for 3 months now and I had to be 12 weeks pregnant before they could do my massage. They have complimentary wine that I opened a new bottle of to pour a glass for my husband and the lady working the front desk came over to help me and once I poured it I took a tiny sip and gave the glass to my husband the lady that works there then asked me to refrain from drinking in there facility while pregnant I said ok I only had one sip to taste it I wasnt going to drink it anyway! So they called us for our massage and we went into the room an got undressed and comfortable they came in and started giving the massage after a few minutes they walked out of the room and came back in and asked us to leave and not come back until I had a doctors note because since I had that one sip of wine I must drink all the time and am a liability to them! I will never go back there in fact I would not even recommend anyone to ever go there! Ive already stopped at the new spa in moundsville called signature spa I will be getting my massage there its already been paid for as soon as I receive the service I will let everyone know how they treat their customers! I can tell you we spent about an hour at the signature spa and got to know the owners a little bit, their facility is very clean, brand new and they offer several other great services as well such as hair cuts, color, nails ect! With more reasonable prices than the med spa!
