I went to work an hour early today and had a pretty good day with my wonderful coworkers. After work, I headed out into the beautiful sunshine (which by the way, I wish would last FOREVER) and stopped over at the new Chipotle where Cory started working for their special opening for family and friends of the employees. I got my favorite dish, a burrito bowl along with a bag of chips and a mild salsa. Yum!! I then made some extra room in my stomach for my first visit to Taste of Peoria with a great coworker of mine, Heather and her family. I had an amazing Rum Chata Ice Cream from one of my favorite places, Uncle Bobs in Eureka, and also a great piece of pretzel bread with cheese from a Schnucks booth. I would have had more food, but I was already stuffed and did not want to overdo it. Next time I go, I will make more room for food. Im an eater. Its what I do. ;)
