I who could sleep for Ireland, have insomnia. I cannot sleep because my heart is so heavy, my eyes are red raw from crying. Am I going mad? Simple solutions would be to stay off Facebook, to not look at the harrowing images, to not hear the death tolls, to not feel the helplessness. But no, I would rather be in pain and sorrow than have my head stuck in the sand because in feeling the pain and sorrow I am in touch with my humanity. I hope you are in touch with yours, please do NOT be SILENT, shout for PEACE with every fiber of your being, embrace and express your humanity. Reach for a higher state of consciousness.
