Its use of structures,angles, hard and soft energies, visual and touch reflex drills, padwork, basic training and more is addictive as you unravel the secrets of this fascinating system...... It suits all body types and was invented by a woman to tackle larger/stronger opponents. Its super dynamic a sI will prove beyond any doubt through clear and informative demonstrations.... It is the style made most famous by Bruce Lee I am a 20yrs practioner and was a senior instructor under Master Kevin Chan of Kamon Wing Chun before becoming a Sifu myself and set up and ran a very successful school of my own, Impact Wing Chun based in London, England I have been teaching since 1997 and am passionate about keeping the style both traditional and modern making it truly effective - without question All classes are super friendly and there are no EGOs welcomed AT ALL so dont worry about being new to martial arts.
