I will give you my jugaad recipe Friends Take Two packets digestive biscuits 50gms. Melted butter. A little more if you feel that the mixture is not moist enough. Mix both and they would resemble like bread crumbs. Put it in a pie dish to set. Takes about a couple of hours.This is the base of the cheese cake. For the cheese cake Paneer : 250 gms. Condensed milk: 1 tin Safeda mangoes: 2 large ones China grass: 1 packet Hot water: 1 cup Method: Heat the china grass and water for at least 5 minutes till it is a little thick Beat every ingredient for the cheese cake in the mixer and pour it on the base. Leave it refrigerate for at least 12 hours. For the drizzle China grass: half a packet Water : 1/4th cup. Mangoes: 2 Make china grass by heating water and CG. till thick. Add mango pulp Lastly when the cheesecake is set spread the drizzle over it. I did not use gelatin because I was unable to get the vegetarian one.
