I will not freak out, I will not freak out. I will not freak out... Tomorrow is the middle of the fourth week of school. I literally have no idea what students or curriculum Ill be teaching. Due to higher than anticipated school enrollment, ALL 1,300+ students at my school are being given new schedules in the morning. (This is to help with class size leveling and proper reading level placement). Ive been told that I wont be teaching any ELA classes anymore, and will only have reading courses....which means my entire A-day schedule will be new to me kids and curriculum. No books. No materials. No class rosters until tomorrow morning. Its like day #1 all over again....only I cant plan ahead without knowing the who/what. Trying hard to go with the flow...but showing up and diving into the deep end goes completely against my see-the-big-picture and plan ahead East personality. I will not freak out.
