The pics dont lie.... I started wrapping in August 2012. I only wrapped for the first 4 months and only every 2 or 3 weeks because I could not keep wraps in stock! I lost about 4 sizes during that time. Then I started taking the greens daily! I dropped another size and started to lose weight! I have maintained and am still losing for the past year! I wrap once a week and I take just about ALL of our supplements to maintain. You should exercise and eat healthy-this will help accelerate your results and maintain them. However, I do not exercise and I dont eat all that great! I try to stay away from carbs and I dont eat a lot of sweets and I never snack-I never want to, our products are great for Curbing those cravings!!!!!!!
