I will not grace the doors of Hardees on lane avenue again! I got some extra napkins to help with the excess condensation on my drink cup ! Do you know one of the ladies behind the counter called me out and asked me if I needed all them ! I did the wwjd process and apologized Then instead of taking accountability for her actions she blew it off as they said! I said who said? She nodded to the side so, I guess she meant upper management! I said oh! I was fine until she held out her hand and I had to give her back the napkins ! Mind u my hands were not clean and me still in shock I kinda looked at her like really? So I gave them to her and told them to have a nice day! When I walked out I was embarrassed and humiliated! I have been in management a long time and I totally respect managing inventory completely and if this was my establishment I would maybe up a sign and posted it first before calling out a customer!! Its a great Tuesday!! Yee haw
