I will only say this once (kay showbiz ra kaayo. lol). Convicted or not, your superstar pleaded guilty to drug possession and opted to join a drug rehabilitation program instead of going to jail. Who knows what shes been doing behind the cameras for years before she got caught. I dont think its a one-time thing. If you think your superstar deserves recognition for her accomplishment in the film industry, the prestigious National Artist Award is just too good to be true for her tainted image. I wouldnt really like to see a penny of my tax going to her pension, medical benefits and life insurance, and see her name listed alongside the great Fernando Amorsolo and Carlos Francisco.
