I will put a big asterisk on this, as WWE, MLB and ESPN are still primarily television properties that cost a lot of money to produce. Twitch is mostly people with webcams and gaming rigs, sitting in a random room in their homes. Problem is, a lot of people see something like this and leap in. My problem with Twitch? A lot of it is boring as hell. Anyone can point a camera at themselves or play around, and sadly thats what most do. Ive loved gaming for 33 years yet I find most Twitch streams boring. Damn boring. THE WORLD COULD BE WATCHING YOU, people. Clearly the audience is there, so do something to set yourself apart from the same ol stuff that makes up 98 percent of this stuff. Make it count.
