I will share my week of food & exercise with FB so that someone will lose weight with me this week. Start by avoiding these foods for this week only ...( no bread, sweets, soda, juice, starch ,& pasta) and only eat/drink ( water, protein shakes, white meat / protein , fruit, veggies , low fat jello/pudding , Peanuts , raisins , oats) eat a palm full of food every 2/3 hours followed by water or protein shake . Snacks above ^^ for in between meals . Never feel hungry .. Just keep healthy snacks and eat all day . Walk 30 min a day and try new things . Take a b-12 and vitamin D & all purpose vitamin to get that boost needed for Energy . GOOD LUCK !!!! Let me know how many pounds lost this weekend
