Every time I hear it I think how my mother and sister played it when I was in the hospital (2012 was crazy!) Tonight as I listen closely to these lyrics I realized mom and Charity McCormick Gray stayed true to the lyrics. They STOOD by me. They HELPED me through. They DRIED my eyes. They FOUGHT the evil fight with me. They HELD me tight and STILL til this day has not let go. Its bc of them why I got my life back. They kept me going They kept me strong and continue too. I could never repay them. And that sucks bc its a totally different struggle but right now my sister needs all of this and I dunno how to help. charity ..keep your head held high and keep on truckin. Things will soon fall back in place. :)
