I will start off by saying I didnt post anything negative on anyones comments so I expect the same respect. I (for professional and personal courtesy) hardly ever post about political events and yes this is my one and only soapbox of the year. Yes my parents and grandparents are immigrants and I am thankful that they decided to move to this great country who has given them so many opportunities like becoming American/Mexican/Salvadorian Citizens, given my grandpa an opportunity to own his own jewelry store, given them the opportunity to own cars and homes, amongst other things. Barak Hussien Obama has declared he will not deport over 5 million immigrants. Lets hear a round of applause đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Ź. Oh but wait thats only for people who are on Government assistance, what about the 5 million he has deported since the time he has been in office who dont live off the government, who have been fighting to become citizens and who pay taxes on a yearly basis. Please dont tell me otherwise since I witnessed much of it myself working at the banks and now working at the schools. Keep in mind people this also includes drug-lords who are known to be living here and also terrorists. As Hispanic people we complain oh they dont like us, oh they dont pay us enough, oh they dont care about our children let me say they do like us if they didnt Spanish, basically primary language in America, would not be given as an option or expected to be spoken anywhere and everywhere you go. They could stop it if they wanted to, like they do in ALL Hispanic countries and it is known lots of Americans go to Latin America to live and they learn Spanish because there isnt a Press 2 for English. They dont pay us enough because we allowed them not to pay us enough. We sell ourselves short and we shouldnt do it anymore!!! Stop saying oh its okay I can do it for a dollar less WHY DAMNIT WE WILL WORK HARDER FOR IT AND WE SHOULD DESERVE MORE!!! Ask for more and dont ask for less. As far as education there are more Grants and Scholarships for Hispanics than any other ethnicity look it up!!!! Lets stop clapping and really think who is to blame for them treating us the way they do!! That is all good night.
