I wish I had talked to Kristen (Expo Manager) before I answered that last question in the Courier Herald. There is a lot more to that question and my uninformed answer. One of the reasons I am running for Council is to find out the reasoning and how to behind many things.. Something for me to remember is that there are layers. Peel off one layer and underneath is a little more info, one more layer and more info. All is not what is seems on the surface. Unless you are a party from beginning to end you are apt to skip the layers which tell the whole story, not just part of the story. Another learning experience is to go to the source!
