India is a country of observation of cultural and religious festivals .being the part of this country we often proclaim our heritage to outsiders by demonstrating our this very spirit of festive mood. some of us have been happy just waiting the specific festivals even sometimes for 11 months 29 days.one of my teachers remarked:we are always in quest of occasions to blast because we have no reason to be internally ecstatic however, my butt of ridicule is our hypocritical disposition :we are religious ;call our country mother;regard goddess more often than gods but and only but assault womens dignity every now and then.we look ourselves upon as patriots , but spend incalculably behind better halves in the anniversaries ,while away in the sons marriage parties.honesty is our the best policy, but statistically we always rank higher in ghotalas.as doctors we exhaust in government hospitals but highly enthusiastic in private practice.as teachers in schools and colleges we often save our energy and knowledge for the pupils of tuition batches . last but not the least , i am a cynic towards the national feeling which is surprisingly found to develop among us in the outset of the second week of the very month of august and reaches its climax on the day of independence until we celebrate it with joy and jollity , listen meri desh ki dhart sona ugle..., make late night partis watch , kranti, legend of bhaghat singh. i am not an exception : i am a humbug too.this is why i used here 1st person plural number. what i endeavor here is to portray the moral turpitude of true ancient culture grown slowly but surely.but i am an optimist.still i believe this is is not a waste land of hollow men ,still i feel :so may se assi beiman, fir vi mera desh mohan.i never take this filmy statement ironically. i firmly feel 20% people of my country are enough to restore our genuine glory of the past . jai hind, bande mataram.
