I wish there had been some people - a chorus of voices - who would have warned us about the truth of Barack Obama before he was elected TWICE to the Presidency. Perhaps a group of people who organized spontaneously to speak out against Obamas dangerous moves on our Constitutional rights and freedoms. Alas we all fell prey to those who desire that we instead, Consider the alternative! when voting for president. Too many good people were thus suckered in by the dullards who reacted in a Pavlovian manner, voting for a mans skin color rather than the content of his character. Such people are mere cartoons in my opinion and the last year since Obamas reelection has proven this. I confess I do long for an apology from these wayward folks as there were friendships absolutely destroyed as a result, but I have to realize that I should expect a better response from a brick wall. Those consumed with pride never see themselves as the aggressor and always regard themselves as correct no matter the cost. While I was publicly vilified by these people, I am not so naive as to expect them to publicly apologize. It simply is not in them to do so. Such is the heart of man.
