I wish to apologise to all my customers for making you pay way too much for my services. I have just been told by a customer that the $75 I charged him for an on-site visit for 1.25 hours + 30 mins travel is too lucrative. He (thinks) is going to pay me $25 as that seems to be a fair price. Obviously, I have charging way too much in this day and age. This is his email: *********** When I saw the invoice I thought t had been for the previous work you had done and I dont think I got an invoice for it. I Forwarded the $25.00 as that is what I heard you say your charge was. From your invoice I notice that your charge now is $ 68 @ hour thats quite a large change from the $40 you charged not long ago. I wish that our pension would be that lucrative. ******************** Actually it is $75 for an hour on-site - the $68 is ex-GST. Last time I charged $40 was in 2005. But not that long ago. So at $12.50 per hour, less expenses of approx $8 per hour just to be in business - I now make $4.50 per hour. Now if I could just squeeze in 50 hours in a day to make a living, that would be awesome.
