I wish to give a heart felt thanks to all who have helped so far. For those who may not know in October of 2012 I was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma in my right kidney. I was stage 1. Went under the knife November 26th 2012 and took the cancer out along with about 10% of my kidney. That was a 3 day stay, went home sore as heck, Well, somehow infection got into my bladder in the hospital during kidney operation and ended back in hospital urinating pure blood....not a good sign! They thought Id a hemorrhage and was maybe bleeding to death. They immediately did a CT and called the chopper to get ready cause if I have it would be a mad rush to Winston to a hospital equipped to handle that. Luckily, it wasnt a hemorrhage, but they didnt know where all the blood was coming from. To make a long story little bit shorter, the bills went way over $40,000 without insurance. Though 2 years later I got on disability, from the cancer and neuropathy in my legs (cant feel my feet) it isnt enough to pay the Dr bills. Ive made a little extra money fixing some computers and selling them for some Christmas gifts, but still have a long way to go. I know its a bad time of the year to be asking, and I wouldnt if I didnt have to. But if you have any left over and would like to help I would so appreciate it.
