I wish to share a personal experience which some of you may relate to... Never under estimate the ability of your body to get a message through to you... My right thumb has been aching on and off for a period of time and I have noticed it flares up at the same time and yesterday it really got my attention as it was aching more than usual. It was telling me I needed to look deeper into the issue. What we suppress manifests and the pain tends to intensify with this until it becomes a priority which I knew there was a time I would need to work with this... It meant taking time to tune into me to work out what is happening with my body. Now for those that may not be aware your thumb is linked to your throat chakra, but your right side is also linked to males in your life that may be impacting choices you make along with many other situations which would need to be considered with each individual. Anyway this morning I took the time to sit and go within and ask questions and as strange as it was the connections I made between what I was doing and how they linked to my son was incredible. Yes it is to do with me but it has given me the guidance I needed to assist him on his journey too. This is why we should never under estimate the ability of our body and how it will present issues.
