I won, I won, I won my disability case!!!! Thank you to everyone who prayed and kept me in your thoughts - it worked!!! When I was initially denied they had me go to their psychiatrist. I filled out a paper and said I wanted a copy of his report and one sent to my doctor. I never got it and the lawyer said he wasnt surprised that he wouldnt even have access to it until I had a hearing date. Well he tells me when I first see him today that the governments psychiatrist agreed I could not work - that was over a year ago!!!! No wonder I didnt get the report! I asked how or why they would do that to me and deny me and he said because they hoped you would go away! So when it was our turn to go before the judge they asked to speak to my attorney alone first -that made me nervous. Then when I went in the judge didnt even ask all thee questions the attorney said he would ask. At then end the judge said excellent job counselor. Then he looked at me and told me he hopes I feel better. When the attorney and I went in a room to speak after he told me that when the judge called him in first he said he was going to approve me because there had been a mis-justice against me! I was flabbergasted! I was mad that I had to go through the last year with no income because of the denial but I am so grateful I am now approved!
