I wonder if the expense of tea and newspapers are enough to finance any project. Sometimes back PS of treasury Kinyua said 30% of the budget goes to corruption deals. I think thats a lot of money to fund projects?? Last week the President announced 20% pay cut together with the DP and cabinet but funny or ironically the same team go on with a one week retreat at Mt. Kenya Fairmount Hotel and spend a budget of Kshs. 100 milllion. Was there impact on pay cut really?? We are joking we need to address the wage bill completely on economics theory point of view otherwise our economy will become than even Mois era time. Wastages esp starting from state hse en expensive trips and convoys of vehicles.
