I wonder if the reason only 48% of Americans go to the polls is because of all the obstacles we are placing in their way by requiring only voter IDs issued by the State, no more voting on Sundays, no more same day registrations, no more easy access to polling places, shortage of election judges, improperly trained personnel, directing citizens to the wrong polling places, allowing only provisional ballots if person shows up at wrong polling place, no registration on school campuses, requiring students to vote at their parents residence in another state and many more endless requirements designed to keep power in the hands of those who now possess it.
