I worked in my parents family business and still follow up their progress. I worked for Hewlett Packard and other companies with more than 300 employees. I have more than 14 years experience in businesses. I know different kinds of organizations and which results they had in different situations... What we need to do is change the way we think, open our perspective to a NEW way of doing business and set the right basis for the future of our company!
