I worked with Carson in my time at Union Gospel Mission (see article). He is a wise man, especially when it comes to business. He gave me a list of three questions to ask a person if I were to give them a job/role. 1. Do you know the job at hand (understanding)? 2. Can you do it? 3. Is there anything you need to do the job? Simple questions, but important ones to answer. Carson has influenced me as well.
