I would be a vegan but Id have to read too much into their bullshit and blah blah blah and nobody cares. Im too lazy for that. Eating meat is much easier. But I learned how to cook it and I buy local. Look all Im trying to say is: vegetables have feelings too. So dont preach to me about my indifference toward cooking a fat juicy steak. Its tasty. And it pairs really well with baked asparagus or sautéed Brussel sprouts. Over-the-top preachy veganism just screams, I really sucked at cooking meat, and so I quit.
