I would describe myself as a typically calm, patient individual who listens well, chooses my words and basically works to diffuse escalating emotional situations...THANK YOU to the 4 tech "support" employees & the Level 2 Supervisor after 2.5 hrs of waiting in a cue, being cut off/disconnected 4 times for teaching me that this skill set can be tested & that when pushed to the edge....I can assert myself while still being polite & not using any profanity!!! I look forward to the interaction with the next Level up Supervisors conversation today between 8-9 Am. To Bell Mobility you need to change your policies, support your product & not have your clients that are paying for your product & service be 1- without a phone for 3 to 5 days, 2- offer a second option of my driving 2 hrs away to the nearest Apple Store b/c it is a fault with the Apple phone you sent me.....
