I would like to ask all of you to keep our Watcher in your hearts and prayers over the next several days. Watcher is approx 16 yrs old and nearing the end of his days. He has an enlarged heart with tumors around it and an enlarged liver. He is moving much slower than usual and now just likes to lay in front of his fan to keep cool. His bonded mate Lady stays close to him these days and give him lots of kisses. They have been together for many years. He doesnt appear to be in any pain right now, but his breathing is becoming labored. Ive notified Dr Varriale from Snake River Vet that I would be calling him if Watcher takes a turn for the worse so that we can help him cross over peacefully and out of any pain. Watcher and Lady have been with me for four years now. They are my first rescue dogs. I love them dearly and for them since that first day back in 2010, this has been their home. I cant imagine life here without my Watcher .... my dearest friend.
