I would like to introduce myself my name is Lance Dyer, I was ask to be one of the admins of this group. I am not from NE but from Bremen Georgia. I am also the Director of the Dakota Dyer Foundation named after our 14 year old son Dakota who we lost last year to a ONE time use of Synthetic Marijuana. Since then we have fought the synthetic drug trade everyday. I will share what we know , what we have learned, tactics we use to go after these Merchants of Death and Narco Terrorist FBIs term not mine, wish I had coined it If there are any questions or anything I can do please feel free to ask or contact me at Lance Dyer on FB . One of the first things I would recommend is begin making a running list of the stores, owners names and locations and brand names that are selling these poisons and the cities and counties they are located in. This gives you the starting points to begin to address local and state law makers. Most States have what we call a Line Item Synthetic Drug Law, this is where they list the chemicals individually and make them illegal, we have found that is only effective in the short term, so I would suggest you address this at the city and county levels and I will be more than happy to share ordinances and laws that have been successful from across the country.
