I would like to run this by a few of you who sell your items on here. I sold a Television on here a while ago, the lady who brought it contacted me 2 weeks later and said her son said it wasnt working and could I do something about it. I said that even thought I didnt know what had happened to the tv while she had it, I was happy to replace it with a bigger more expensive tv. There was nothing wrong with the telly she returned and I resold it to a very happy lady. She has now after 11 days contacted me again and has said the replacement telly has gone bang after being turned on ONCE. So now what do I do, Anything could have happened, water could have been spilt over it, the wrong power could have been put through it etc the list goes on, Answers please.
