I would like to thank team FAMILY Charlene Simmons, Rodney Durham, Mila MzAquafinah Starz, Bria Smith, Yolanda Sewell, & Queene Fuller for assisting with last weeks Holiday Dinner. Without the team, we never could have had such a great time! I would also like to thank the rest of our fam/friends & express appreciation that you attended. However, in the future Im expecting increased interest from the family members that didnt attend. The structure of our families is changing b4 our very eyes as these years pass. The matriarchs & patriarchs are desperately needed to attend these functions as well as the youth. Our purpose is to get to know each other in order to strenghten our knowledge of the past through our ancestors. Queen is working on a book for the family & has been working on it for a while now & needs to complete it by next year. Any help on that endeavor would be appreciated also. Lets complete this project for our benefit. Now, back to business... our next Summer BBQ is right around the corner. We will have a small party the week b4... Im expecting a nice turnout... Im expecting my team to turn-up... any suggestions on how we can make this the best event yet?
