I would say food plays an important role. One of my 7 yr old nieces is growing breasts, and she drinks milk twice a day and eggs everyday. Her mom suspects that is the cause, and when she took her daughter to a doctor, the dang doctor proposed to put the little girl on hormone pills. What The .... ! Hormone pills? ....
