I would suggest no one to every rent from any mills property in St. Louis mo. Our apartment building caught on fire and was a total loss.They have the option to let us out of the lease which is stated by the term of the lease but refuse to do so. Instead they want us to take a third floor apartment. Which is not expectable for two Reasons my wife has been told she has assuma just going to the car to our bottom floor apartment she gets out of breath and can not breath. The second reason we just watch the whole third floor burn up and they expect us to move to a third floor and be worried every time it storms if this time its going to be our apartment that is going to burst into flames. All they care about is getting there money they do not care about there residents needs at all.
