IBB have finally spoken. I personally hold IBB and Gowon responsible for the lack of development in Nigeria. My reasons are, when there was oil boom, these guys where busy organizing FESTAC and building Abuja and all sorts of non-value adding activities. Even though I am a Northerner I prefer to stay in my village in Maiduguri with all the necessities of life than to come to Abuja and get peanuts. Today no state in the North even the Abuja can pay its workers from its internal generated revenue.it was in this peroid in the late 70s and 80s that UAE, Malaysia, South Korea all developed. Look at where we are today. Between a rock and a hard place. This is my humble opinion and I stand to be corrected and criticized. Constructively.
