(IC)[Nii-Nii the Green] War was waged a while ago in the Shifting Tides. The forces of good, evil, and the easily forgotten neutrals have waned down in their antics and attacks....for now at least. Nii-Nii had been gone for some time and was VERY relieved to see his tavern was still up and running. After announcing the trade post was recently built and pulling out many a message on an arrow off the taverns front door.... He noticed something strange in the forest but was unsure what. Stepping outside the tavern a week or two after mortises resurrection and setting up some trade routes. Nii-Nii the green had an announcement to make to the dull drunkards. Everyone I have good and bad news, as always is customary. No, before you even ask it is not more dark poetry on an arrow. In the aftermath of the battle a few weeks back the forest has soaked up the magical energy left over from both sides. This would be great if there werent giant treants outside our front door with red pulsating eyes. Everyone ignoring him and drinking now turned and showed some interest. Now that I have your attention. I tried to commune with the forest to see what was wrong with the treants and apparently they are beyond saving according to the spirits. Of course I believe we should try to save them anyway but on the other hand we could also rid them of their suffering. It wont be an easy task but thankfully for now they seem to be wandering around the forest apparently searching for something? For the time being be vigilant and dont attack them. Well see where this gos for now and worst case Ill hire you to take care of them if I cant save them.
