ICY ROADS, FREZEZING CONDITIONS Last night saw a drop in temperature leading to black ice on roads this morning across Fenland and resulting in 12 Road Traffic Collisions. Two people have been taken to Hospital today with slight injuries from Road Traffic Collisions, on the A141 at Chatteris and at Wimblington Road, Manea. We are urging motorists to reduce their speed and drive to the conditions of the road and to bear in mind that some roads are not gritted and black ice can form on them. Temperatures are again forecast to drop tonight below 0 degrees (pictures from Chatteris, Coates, Manea)
