ID Help, please: Lebanon, ME/Rochester, NH border...I have posted this on one other group, but there was much debate about weather this is a wood duck or a teal....the duck did not appear to have red eyes (but could have been lighting) and doesnt have the exact characteristics of a male or female wood duck (though it looked more like one). There was even talk of this being a male with eclipse plumage. Im not really sure...and hoping someone here has enough experience with these breeds to tell me exactly what species that I have here (also, male or female). Thanks for your help.
