IDA Science and Technology Policy Institute Summer Associate Program The IDA Summer Associate Program is a 10-week internship program designed for graduate students and undergraduates who are rising seniors. The IDA Science and Technology Policy Institute (STPI), the federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) that supports the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy and other Federal agencies, is recruiting candidates.
