IDIOTS Recently, Nevada Governor Sandoval and other public officials were patting each other on the back for giving up $1.3-billion dollars in tax breaks over ten years to Elon Musk and Tesla Motors for a battery plant near Reno. Governor Sandoval thought hed lured Tesla away from Texas, California, or other would-be host states of the Tesla pie-in-the-sky battery plant. Anyone whos ever studied high school chemistry knows how dirty battery plants are for the environment. Musk would have never gotten permission to start the permit process, much less actual permits to build a perpetual environmental waste dump in California, Texas, or any other grown up state. Yet, Nevada got sold a bill of goods that the Nevada citizens will have to live with.. along with nuclear wastes. Tesla cars are expensive and require huge government subsidies in order for people to buy them. The electric car still needs electricity to run... the electricity, if not from a hydroelectric plant, needs to burn fuel to be generated. Now this... a car with a new technology that replaces the battery-powered electric car. Elon Musk, youre no Nicola Tesla. Just another billionaire grifter pulling levers behind the curtain in your emerald city.
