Targoviste, Romania, maybe... EU country?... maybe not. Ms Pica called me that the dogcatchers are takeing his dogs from his privat property ( motorep sa ) !!! Dogcatchers with police! I solved everything by now so I need to say thanks for cooperation??? The dogs are safe with their owner again but please read this nice people from Targoviste : when you are as smart as the lady from quadra invest ( neighbour with mr Pica ) was, to call the dogcatchers on a privat propery you are as quilty as them ( say the lows, not me! ) and I will make sure you will pay conform with the low! On the other hand, is legal to kill someone if he violates your property, so please act acording with the lows!
