IDP Administrative Assistant (Consultant) Foras Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: • Assisting in outreach efforts to IDPs to register them on the Foras portal when necessary • Keeping record of all events and training sessions scheduled throughout the provinces where the IDP initiative operates • Maintaining calendars and schedules for training events for field staff and coordinators • Compile and collate activity and event reports • Liaise with monitoring and evaluation department to ensure accuracy in reporting • Maintain database to track IDP job placements and trainees • Organize trainings and provide logistical support to trainers • Respond to requests for information • Identify procurement needs to support activities and office staff • Other tasks when necessary and as identified by the Senior IDP Coordinator Deliverables: • M&E activity reports and database • Daily activity reports, including registration numbers, trainees, and placements • Minutes and action items from camp coordination meetings Skills • Bachelor degree • Proficient in use of IT systems and internet • Proficient with MS Excel and Word • Minimum of two years’ working experience in administrative support • Knowledge of functional area responsibilities • Ability to work well in team environment • Ability to follow guidelines and controls required of the position • Experience working with vulnerable groups • Experience in training • Well organized and ability to think critically to solve problems • Writing and reporting skills • Ability to manage and organize processes • Ability to analyze information and identify reporting needs • Maintain supply inventory • Ability to interface with other departments in support of IDP activities • Ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment Company Profile USAID/IRAQ Foras is an economic growth project with priorities in improving economic opportunities and creating jobs for Iraqis with special emphasis on youth, women and vulnerable populations.
