IF I WERE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES! 1- Make mandatory fair access to the higher paying labor jobs and government sponsored loans. 2- Equal treatment by all legislative, executive and judicial departments to U.S. citizens. 3- Mandatory proportionate representation in all labor unions and all branches of government. 4- No preferential treatment finances or banking towards any racial group. 5- Never preferential treatment towards immigrants over native born citizens. 6- Mandatory term limits for all government offices. 7- Create a civilian oversight association, with executive power, over all banking institutions, police agencies, corrections departments. 8- Immediate release of all prisoners who are incarcerated for crimes that elected officials and wealthy citizens were acquitted. 9- Abolish the income tax system for a national sales tax system. 10-Mandatory proportionate racial representation in all government contracts. 11- Amend no child left behind school policies to include mandatory academic accomplishment. 12- Limit the amount an attorney can receive in all matters. 13- Create a civilian oversight association to monitor all courts, lawyer and judges. 14- Give all state governors, senators and representatives the power to vote in decisions; pertaining to declarations of war and require a majority vote to declare war. 15- Demand that the federal government ... a- pay the promised reparations, plus fair interest, to descendants of native americans and black slaves; b- subsidize immigrants and low income white for five years, in matters pertaining to transportation, education, housing, medical treatment and employment. Then terminate all welfare programs after giving generous incentives to private sector companies to replace that void. 16- Require all students to be taught the laws of the land, in every grade and require passing grades. 17- Legislate free medical services for all, but, require every citizen to pay into that fund, proportionate to their income; with a maximum limitation.
