IF YOU REALLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE OF HUMAN - TopicsExpress

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE ISSUE OF HUMAN RIGHT….. I urge you to read the link below and think deeply about the issues of right. If you recall, DPA has been arguing that it is not correct for the Nigerian police to stop a person and begin automatically to sift through his cellphone record and contact list. The EFCC does it to people. They use the contact information on your phone to blackmail you. For instance, if the EFCC officers arrest you, they would begin to go through your text messages. If you are married, but had a girlfriend, they would see the text messages between you and your girlfriend. When they detain you and your wife comes to demand for you to be released, they would show her your text messages with your girlfriend. You wife would be so mad, she would storm out of the place thinking that you deserve to be in detention. And if she is a bad woman, she would say well since you are in detention now and had been cheating on her, this would be the good time for her to get a sweet revenge. She would call the guy down your street that had been eyeing her behind all this while. Also, the EFCC would use the information on your phone to harass the hell out of you. They would threaten your girlfriends. If they knew who your best friends are, they would threaded to arrest them. That puts them on the run and your friends would be too afraid to try to help you out of detention . That is the criminal ways the EFCC operates. The funny thing is that they never use such information on your phone for legitimate law enforcement purposes. They use it to extract bribe from you. That is why we say: hell no, you cannot access my phone records without a warrant of the court. When I was detained by the EFCC, they tried to access my cell phone to know who and who were my clients in Nigeria, so they would estimate who might be coming for my release or whose toes they might be stepping on. Surprisingly to them, they could not access my phone. It was passworded, and I knew they were too dumb to figure out how to unlock my phone. The only trick they played was to pretend to allow me to use my phone one day. Once I unlocked my phone, the EFCC operative snatched it from me and tried to take my phone to where they were waiting for it. But the fool did not know that my phone had voice command features. I just said the word and the phone locked itself in the hand of the operative. They were so frustrated. They destroyed my phone as punishment for me for making a fool of them. rt/usa/168416-scotus-riley-cell-search/
