IG. Ive decided I need to take a small hiatus from social media. Almost all my news feeds are pictures of Greg Plitt and friends of mine who were fortunate enough to be in the presence of his Greatness. He was the one person I was really looking forward to finally meeting at the LA Fit Expo in a couple weeks :( His death is also making my mind wonder back to the day I was told my Best Friend & two other close friends were killed in a car accident that I was suppose to be in, but ditched them last minute. (I still regret it every day) For those of you who dont know, that lead to my Depression/Anxiety attacks & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I suffered from for 2 years until fitness & nutrition changed my life for the better. I really dont ever want to go back to feeling how I felt for those 2 years and the hell I went through. I wouldnt wish it upon my worst enemy. I just dont want you guys to think Im ignoring you when you message me or comment on my photos. I really do try my best to respond to you all, but get really behind a lot of the time and Im sorry. Please dont be mad at me, I will be back soon. Thanks for all your support & I love you all :)
