IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITS BEEF TIP TUESDAY!!!! After missing so many weeks in a row everyone has probably forgotten about this glorious day. Oh well, its a new year and we can start over again! Were well stocked with beef for January and will maintain a steady supply of all of your favorite steaks to get you through these winter months. Ground beef supplies are in ample supply and the roast pile is looking excellent. We are happy to feature a few new restaurant cuts that have already taken off in popularity with our culinary friends. Translation: 2015 is going to be a good year for you and your families whether you are eating at home or dining out!
