ILEA San Salvador and Alumni Engagement: On October 17, U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Anthony Wayne hosted ILEA staff and nearly 120 Mexican alumni of the ILEA program in Mexico City. The event, which is the first of its kind for Mexico’s ILEA alumni, is part of a sustained alumni outreach initiative designed and implemented by ILEA staff to strengthen partnerships with Latin American and Caribbean officers. Since 2005 over 600 Mexican officials have graduated from courses at the ILEAs in San Salvador and Roswell.
