You may or not be aware that Jeff and I own a homeschool company called Hands and Hearts (handsandhearts ) We sell a variety of homeschool products but our main product line is a series of hands-on history kits. Each kit contains ALL of the materials for your children to do 10-15 living history products. These aren’t just crafts – they are real history projects like panning for gold, restoring real 2,000 year old Roman coins, making felt from wool, learning to tell time from candles, making buffalo tooth necklaces from real buffalo teeth, doing a mummification project, making hand dipped beeswax candles, and much more. There is nothing else like this on the market and our kits are very popular with homeschoolers since they are easy to use and work with every history curriculum. Sadly, Noah’s disease has progressed to the point that we feel that the time we have devoted to Hands and Hearts would be best served spending time with Noah and the rest of our children. It has been a blessing and an honor to serve the homeschooling community for the last 11 years, but the time has come for us to close our business to better serve our family. Our history kits will be available for purchase until August 31, 2014. Since we produce the kits ourselves, this is NOT a “while supplies” situation and we will fill all orders placed before the deadline. All other items will be available as long as supplies last and most of those items have been reduced by 40% in price.
