IMPORTANT NOTICE: Dear Friends, because donations are coming in very slowly leading to a delay in the implementation of sterilization campaigns due to the funds being stuck waiting to reach a high sum goal, we have decided to modify the campaign dividing it into smaller ones focused on particular regions and cities. Chile is divided into 15 regions plus the Metropolitan Area where Santiago, the capital, is located. In each region well start in the major cities and try to cover the smaller nearby towns. Our first campaign will take place in the far north of Chile, in the XV region where the largest city is Arica and, according to rescuers in the area, about 250 sterilizations are needed to achieve some degree of control of the birth rate. Therefore the goal for first campaign is going to be $ 1,750. Friends, I urge you to cooperate with the sterilization of the dogs in this northern region of Chile and thereby saving many lives.
